Has Something Been Following Me?

Gosh, please forgive me for writing such a long story and if it's a little rushed. I'm trying to write my whole lifetime of experiences into as little wording as possible. If you have any questions, please ask and I'll provide more details if you want.

Ever since I was a little girl I've always experienced strange events that I never could explain. I think it started when I was about four years old. We had just moved into our new house and I was excited about my new room. But strange things often happened during the night. I would always wake up from a sound sleep and look around in the dark and that is when things would get strange. My bed would often shake a little violently for a few seconds and then stop. Not thinking about what it could be, I always shook it off as a dream and I would fall back asleep.

And there was one incident that happened that was strange. I had been asleep one night and when I had awoken, I came crashing down against the bed as if I was floated a few inches above the bed. Now I don't know if that is paranormal in any way, but I always thought it was strange. I could never get that out of my mind, even now after sixteen years.

But it wasn't just that that confused me during those nights. I remember very clearly hearing the door that connected to the garage shutting. I live in a two story with my bedroom is located directly above the garage. And that door always had a distinct way that it closed because it was an old door and you had to slam it in order to close, which was felt all throughout the house. Every night around the time I would go to bed, I would always hear that door shut. Now, it would be logical to say that it was only my parents, but my parents never used the garage except as storage area and they rarely went in there. And there were many nights where I knew they were both fast asleep when it would happen. In fact, it still happens to this very day. Though not as frequently as it used to. Or perhaps I'm not paying attention to it like I used to.

As I got older I didn't think so much about what happened to me as a child and those events that happened during the night. When I was about eleven years old, I had my first of many lucid dreams. Now these dreams were strange because I would always be in the place I fell asleep in and in the exact same position I was asleep in. In my first one I was in my room. It was night I believe and there was this being there. I couldn't see him, but I could hear his voice from within my head. Embarrassing to say, but it ended up turning into a sex dream. And at eleven I thought it was equally disturbing to be having those types of dreams. But I just wrote it off as nothing but puberty. However, I kept having those dreams. They were never consistent, but more spaced out. Weeks, sometimes months would go by before I would have another one of those dreams.

Then along with that, I would also hear a voice. It sounded to be that of a man no too old, but certainly older than me. I would always be in bed when it happened, but I'm certain that I was not asleep. As I would lie down and about to close my eyes, I would hear him. He would say, "Hello?" like he was trying to see if I was awake. I never answered, except for one night. I was lying down in bed, as always, and getting ready to close my eyes. All of a sudden, I heard a voice. "Are you there?" It said. I immediately shot up into a sitting position, something I never did before, and answered, "Yes. I'm here." But I didn't get a response. Not once did I ever fear it, though. I was around thirteen or fourteen by this time

The voices never happened since the night it asked me if I was there. However, the dreams never stopped. Many occasions I was visited by this being and never once did I ever get to see his face. I remember many times I would grab onto his arm and once I begged to see his face, but it would refuse. It always told me that it didn't want me to look at his face. Those were some of the strangest dreams I ever had in my life and I never thought of them anymore than dreams. At the time, I never even knew what an Incubus was.

When I was seventeen, I got pregnant and everything stopped. I didn't hear anything or have any of those dreams. And for quite a few years nothing happened. And I didn't think about it too much. But then, several months ago it started up again. I think it was because I played with an Ouija board again. I hadn't touched one since I was twelve and I hadn't thought much of it when I started again. I was never one to believe in them too much and the one I had was just a piece of paper with letters and numbers drawn on them. I didn't think it would work, but as soon as I started I got someone. I asked who his name was and he told me it was "R.C." I then asked a few more questions, but it refused to spell out anything for me. Figuring it was fake, I simply just tore it up and threw the paper away, telling it I would talk to it again later. I never figured it was anything other than me and my subconscious.

A few months later, I begin having dreams again. They began in my ex's room. The first time, I had fallen asleep and I thought I had woken up. My ex was asleep next to me and I felt as if I couldn't move. I was on my stomach, the same position I was in when I had fallen asleep. It was then I felt a weight on my back. Thinking it was my ex, I looked over at him, but he was on the other side of the bed. The being must have begun to have sex with me because I was moving in an up and down fashion like one would if they were doing "it". When it was finished, it left. I woke up extremely confused and I didn't talk about it with anyone.

The next encounter was once again in my ex's room. I fell asleep on my stomach and when I went into a lucid dream I was in the same position. As I lay there I felt something jump onto me. This time it was much heavier and much more solid, as if a person had jumped on me. Thinking it was my ex; I kicked and shouted, "Get off me, Josh!" And it got off. When he had woken up, I asked him if he had jumped on me while I was lying down and he told me no. I dropped it, thinking I must have been imagining things.

The third time it happened I was laying down on my side when I drifted into sleep. Again, I had a lucid dream. Again, I was on the same side I fell asleep on. As I lay down in bed, I stared at the wall. I thought I was awake at this moment. I heard the television, I heard the sounds outside. Nothing alerted me to the fact that I was asleep. In fact, in all of these experiences, nothing ever told me that I was asleep. Anyway, as I lay there I felt something come up and press up against my back. It was such a hard pressure and I was curious as to how someone could press up against me so hard. But as soon as it happened it was gone. I asked my ex about it and he told me he wasn't even in the room the time I was asleep.

The final time happened only a few nights ago. I had fallen asleep at my house when I got another dream. Again I was lying in the same spot I fell asleep in. I was looking straight ahead of me like I always seem to do. It was then that I felt something from behind me playing with my hair. It was like it took a strand and started twirling it and playing with it. However, unlike the rest, I talked to it. "Who are you?" I asked. "It is me." It responded in a strange voice. I woke up soon after.

Curious, I made my own makeshift Ouija board again and began to play around once more. I asked. "Is anyone there?" and it responded, "Yes." I then asked what its name was and it responded. "R.C." and my heart started to race. I had not thought about the last time I played with an Ouija board, in fact I had forgotten all about it. Intrigued, I asked if it was following me and it told me it was. In a fit, I tore up the paper and threw it away. I never closed the conversation. That was a day ago.

Why am I writing this? I'm not sure. Maybe someone can provide me with some insight about what this is and maybe tell me I'm not crazy? I have never talked about this except with one person and they didn't believe a word I told them. What is this? Do you think it's the same entity? Why me? I'm confused about this. Thank you.

Guardian Angel Or Ghost?

I am writing about all my experiences, past and present so you can weight them up yourself. I have had lots of experiences with ghost or supernatural. So please bear with me.

My first experience was when I was watching a film in my room. I heard someone going through drawers in my parent's room, so I shouted out "mum" I got no reply, so I tried "dad" and whoever it was responded. I said "What are you looking for?" "Nothing, don't worry" and the conversation carried on like this for a while. Then it went quiet after two minutes. I figured my dad had gone to sleep. When I went downstairs my dad was down there, so I asked "What were you looking for upstairs?" "What do you mean; I haven't been upstairs in hours." "You were just upstairs going through drawers, you told me?" Both him and my mum claim neither of them had been up there.

When I went back upstairs, everything seemed calm.

One night before bedtime, I ran into my mum's room to hide, I was playing a game so I hid under the quilt. I moved the quilt back and out of nowhere a black shadow of a man was leaning over me. I hid again as quickly as I could. Although I have not seen him since, I have felt him.

I always feel someone around me. I get goose bumps and all that. It just fees like someone's watching me, and I get a horrible feeling in the air. I had a boyfriend over once, and he could feel it too.

Sometimes I ask them to leave, and the horrible feeling goes, and everything seems fine again. This has been going on for about 10 years, but this morning REALLY freaked me out.

I woke up at 8a. M but then dozed off again for another half an hour. I woke up and went downstairs as we were expecting a delivery, so I figured it would be best to wait downstairs. I took my laptop, quilt, and a pillow. I put the laptop on the side, and made myself comfy. As soon as I was relaxed I started hearing two men talking. I couldn't make out what they were saying and I was still tired, so I just thought "Hmm... That's weird" and slowly I fell asleep. I'm not sure if those men sounded threatening but things like this scare me. I thought they were waiting for something.

A while later I woke up, because I felt two hands on either side of my face. All I could see was white light. I couldn't see anything else. My eyes weren't open, but it was the brightest white light I've ever seen. There was also a lot of pain. It was a searing pain that lasted about 10 seconds I couldn't get whoever it was off me. I kept trying to grip his hands, but I just couldn't. Then the hands let go. The voices had stopped for a bit, and I was WIDE AWAKE now but still could not open my eyes, I was just stuck. I suddenly felt zapped of all energy and very weak. Then the voices started again.

As hard as I tried, I couldn't move properly or look in the direction the voices were coming from and my eyes wouldn't open. I was so determined to find out who would cause me so much pain, yet I couldn't feel them. After a while, I'm guessing I had an adrenalin rush, and it faded. My body was tense yet exhausted, now it just flopped, and I fell asleep again. I woke up a little while later, and heard the voices again, but was still unable to open my eyes. Then I fell asleep again only this time when I woke up I was fine and the voices had stopped. But I kept thinking I could see someone pacing near the entrance of the bathroom yet I could not see anyone.

I felt weird, I could not breathe properly, my chest felts tight and I kept feeling dizzy. I don't know if it was my guardian angel or someone out to get me. I'm not sure whether it could've been the guy from my parent's room. They say white light usually means death, right? At least that's what I've heard. Maybe they knew something would happen, and were waiting and the pain was them trying to keep me FROM the light. Maybe it was something more sinister, and they were TRYING to hurt me, but they were distracted or my struggling stopped them!

Please someone help me, because I'm really scared I might have a curse or something on me, or someone sinister is following me.

Green Pond Hauntings

When I was younger I always tried to avoid ghosts as much as possible because I used to watch Scooby-doo and it conditioned me to be afraid of them. Green Pond is a very small town surrounded by other small towns. Within a 5 mile radius of where I live I have heard of three haunted houses which are now torn down. What I know about them are second hand since I tried to avoid ghost.

The first was a house down the road that nobody has ever lived in since I have been here. According to the story a man was shot in that house and blood stains reappear on the floor no matter what you did. The second was a green house two or three miles away in Woodstock that nobody would live in too long. A lady who used to live there was pregnant and depressed and took her own life. She is the one that haunted it supposedly. The third house was a pink house five miles away in Gray Hill that was occupied I think when I first heard that it was haunted but was vacant not long after and sat and deteriorated over a period of twelve to fifteen years before it was torn down. There is also a subdivision that had some of the houses built on top of Indian burial grounds and a few of those houses were haunted including the one my second wife lived in.

Now you can do every thing possible to avoid a ghost but sometimes life will catch you off guard.

After my first wife died I got brave and would visit her grave when I had time-9:00 at night at a country cemetery where the closest house was a quarter of a mile away with the only street light. I stood my ground in the name of JESUS and told who was there that I had a right to be there and I would not be run off. Nothing ever bothered me except for one time when I thought I heard a ghost rattling chains, but I went to where the noise was and it was the rope on the flag pole hitting the side of the pole. Then one night I was lying in bed and woke up to someone yanking on my arm like they were trying to pull me off of the bed. I snatched my arm and said loudly "well just pull me off the bed then" and it let go and I had no other problems until I married my second wife.

My wife lived in a haunted house and I think she brought some of the ghosts with her-mainly a spirit that took the form of me and would try to seduce her. It also took her form and passed by the bedroom door once. It only tried to seduce her once and GOD rebuked it through my wife's voice. It was GOD vs. The spirit that looked like me and she thought it was me until GOD spoke to it through her. After this his head scrambled and he said loudly and angrily waving his arms and backing up, "if that's the way it's going to be just forget it-just forget it!" and he was gone. I asked her later if she meant his head blurred and she said no, it scrambled. She thinks that it tried to choke her in bed years later but she prayed and it released her.

I think that the only problem she had after that was not that particular spirit, but some I brought home from the graveyard one time when me and her were split up. I was lonely and angry and said at my first wife's grave "why don't you just come home with me"- I think something did, but I didn't know about it until me and my second wife got back together. She would hear footsteps, banging on walls, her bed being kicked every morning and someone saying "HI" in a female voice and my voice calling to her when I didn't call. I got madder than a wet setting hen because when they upset my wife I considered that messing with me! I tried calling them out saying if you got something to say, say it-if you want to fight, fight me-if you want to scare somebody scare me! This was doing it at my convenience of course and the bedroom was off limits.

I also tried to get them to leave going as far as anointing the doors and windows with new olive oil (extra virgin) that was bought and used only for that purpose and I did this while rebuking out loud. I also went through a ritual where I explained to it/them to get in the car (I even opened the door for them) and I would take you back to the cemetery-in which I drove to the cemetery and opened the door and let them out.

Things have quieted down but I do feel somebody still looking at me every now and then and my wife is still scared because of past experiences. I tried to get her to stay up here and face her fears even to the point of getting her to listen to my voice on the CB Radio talking to my friends while I was night watchman and she could talk back, but she finally resorted to sleeping at my parent's house 50 yards away.

Anyhow now they/it mainly picks on other people who come in when we are not home-people who have permission like a homeless man we knew and we let him spend the night alone-he didn't go to sleep until my wife and I got home in the morning and wouldn't stay another night and my wife's cousin and his wife who heard a lot of activity-running, door slamming and then his wife was pushed when they left out the door.

I guess next time I give them permission to come in and cook something I need to say it inside instead of outside so the ghosts can hear it. All I can say is I sure feel sorry for anybody that breaks into our trailer because they are going to probably get a "surprise" and if I could video tape it I'll bet that would be entertaining! I still don't trust these spirits though. GOD bless
