I don't know if I need to name this... Only made up stories need names I'm thinking so I just titled it as Jason's ghost encounter. My typing skills are bad and I never learned nouns and stuff... I'm not being lazy this is the best I can do without going back to school. If it gets rejected because of the mistakes so be it. My name is Jason I live in Australia And was visited by a ghost or invisible person. I am 24 years old and... Just a regular guy I am not scared to fight I am practiced at 5 types of martial arts I am very ballsy and tough... So I thought. I don't recall the date or time of night was sometime in 2009. I was startled awake at sometime in the night my room was pitch black, complete silence. I lay on my side facing the wall on top of my blanket I wondered why I woke I Did not move I just lay puzzled as waking up in pitch black is not common for me I am a deep sleeper. I have no kids or animals that disturb my sleep and clearly it was not a normal awakening. As I lay 30 seconds passed where I became quite awake apparently something had been in my bed with me... But it had made no sound not breathing not moving. It must have heard my slow steady breathing as it was very quiet in my room. I felt an adult mans or woman's body leave my bed I felt it physically like how you would sleep with a lover... It was pressed against me... Not just in my bed lying alongside me with a gap between us, Kind of like a cuddle but with no arms over me just pressed against me. I felt no body heat and had no previous knowledge of it being against me for the 30 seconds or so. I don't know how long it had been lying against me I was very startled...

It left my bed slowly and silently in a way that would not have woken me if I was sleeping I didn't hear it walk it is as if its feet never touched the ground I don't have carpet just creaky floorboards in my room. So I guess it thought I was still asleep I didn't move I continued to breathe I didn't hear my boards creek or my door open I was scared stiff I knew it hadn't left my room so I lay scared. I was so scared when it leaved my bed I couldn't yell to my father I lost my voice so to speak 100x more scared than wanting to hide under my covers I was way beyond that After... What seemed like 2 minutes or 5 minutes I FINALY built the courage to wander in pitch black to find my light switch "guess I do have SOME guts!" My room was empty OBVIOUSLY, I went to my father's room and asked if he had seen or heard anyone or... If he had been in my room! He said...no. I searched the rest of my house... I searched every literal inch... Every cupboard... Every window had the screens on doors were locked and bolted. There is no freaking way it was a person I would have heard it leave down the hallway or my bedroom boards creak like hell or my door handle make noise.

I have always thought it was my old man rather than a ghost... As I have a strong disbelief in ghosts... But secretly I know it wasn't him I would have heard him leave my room, but I rather it would have been him than a ghost HAHAHA (trying to live in denial and pin it on my old man). I feel to this day that it had not been aware I was awake as I didn't change my breathing just opened my eyelids And I doubt it could have heard that and merely wanted to visit and leave me in my sleep. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I am scarred for life from this... 24 year old man reduced to mumbling heaps of fear of darkness. But unless you have experienced what I have please don't think me like a sissy... I am unsure if it visits me every night as it managed to get in my bed and lay body to body with me without my knowledge. I don't believe that lights ward off "ghosts" but it makes me feel better. I have slept with my lights on for years and have never seen anything else. I flat out refuse to sleep with lights off. I don't believe stories I read online just like 99% of people... But for the few people that have seen a ghost or odd things and you come online to find people who have had the same experiences or think people don't believe you... I believe you and you aren't alone dudes. Ghosts do exist. And they scare the living %#$@ out of me.
